AI dealer websites that sell cars.
Not hold them hostage.

The first agentic AI website platform for car dealerships. It understands shoppers in plain English, answers questions about every vehicle, talks to ChatGPT and Claude directly, and drops clean ADF leads into your CRM. Engineered with years of conversion optimization, for new and used. It loads before your old site finishes loading its chat widget.

// The problem

You're paying premium prices
for 2014 technology.

The big dealer website platforms were built when "mobile-friendly" was a selling point. Since then they've bolted on chat vendors, trade tools, pop-ups, trackers and widgets until the site groans under its own weight. And you pay for every single bolt.

SLOW

Your VDP takes longer to load than a test drive.

Dozens of third-party scripts fight for the phone's CPU. Google sees it. Shoppers feel it. 53% of mobile visitors leave a page that takes over 3 seconds.

NICKEL-AND-DIMED

Every feature is an "add-on."

Chat, digital retailing, trade valuation, SRP personalization, video. Each one another vendor, another script, another monthly line item your GM asks about.

TICKET HELL

"We've opened a ticket for that."

Want to move a button? Change a banner? Fix a broken filter? Wait 5–10 business days and hope the rep who answers isn't new.

COOKIE-CUTTER

You look like the store across the street.

Same template, same layout, same stock hero image. Shoppers can't tell you apart, so they shop on price.

DUMB SEARCH

Type "white truck with leather under 40k." Get nothing.

Old SRPs only understand checkbox filters. Shoppers talk like humans. Your website should too.

INVISIBLE TO AI

ChatGPT can't see your inventory.

Shoppers are asking AI assistants "find me a used Sierra near me." Legacy sites give those assistants nothing to read, so they send shoppers to someone else.

LOCKED IN

Long contracts. Hostage data.

Multi-year terms, auto-renewals, and good luck getting your own lead data and content out when you leave.

LEAKY FUNNEL

Forms that ask for ZIP, preferred contact, and a blood sample.

Every extra field costs leads. Returning shoppers retype everything. Saved cars go nowhere.

BLIND

No idea what's working.

No A/B testing, no real attribution, a monthly PDF report nobody reads. You're flying on vibes.

// The departure

Legacy dealer website platforms vs. an AI dealer website

This isn't a redesign. It's a different kind of machine.

The old way

  • Monolithic CMS on shared servers
  • Checkbox-only search
  • Canned chat bot (extra fee) that doesn't know the car
  • Pages rebuilt on every request, slow on phones
  • Generic "Contact Us" for every vehicle
  • Invisible to ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini
  • Dealer notes dumped as an unreadable blob
  • Changes take tickets and weeks
  • Multi-year contracts

Dealer AI Websites

  • Runs on the most advanced edge network on the planet: 300+ cities, milliseconds from every shopper
  • Plain-English + voice search with AI re-ranking
  • AI assistant grounded in each vehicle's real data. Included.
  • Edge-cached pages, 100 PageSpeed
  • One-tap leads for signed-in shoppers, no forms
  • MCP server + llms.txt: AI assistants can shop your lot
  • Dealer notes parsed into clean, filterable fields
  • Changes shipped in hours, not tickets
  • Month-to-month. Your data, your account.
// What "agentic" actually means

AI features for car dealership websites that think, work
and follow up
on their own.

Most "AI" on dealer sites is a chat bubble from 2019 with a new sticker. Here, AI is in the engine: it reads your inventory, understands shoppers, talks to other AIs, and does the follow-up your BDC doesn't have time for.

Search that talks like your shoppers.

  • Plain English. "White 4x4 truck under 40k with leather" becomes filters instantly.
  • Voice search. Tap the mic, talk, done. Transcribed by Whisper.
  • Semantic ranking. Vector search ranks by meaning, not keywords. "Family hauler" finds 3rd-row SUVs.
  • 18 real filters including cab style, interior material, cylinders and features pulled from messy dealer notes.
  • "Similar vehicles" computed by AI, never a dead end.

An AI chatbot for your dealership website that actually knows the car. Awake at 2 a.m.

  • Grounded in the car on the page. Answers from the vehicle's real specs and features, never drifts to another car.
  • Fact-checked "Why you'll love it." AI summaries are verified against the data so it can't invent a sunroof.
  • Suggests alternatives with links when the car isn't a perfect fit.
  • Hands off to a human with a real lead, not a transcript nobody reads.
  • No per-chat fees. No third-party chat contract.
Does this one have a tow package?
Yes. This 2021 Sierra SLE has the trailering package with a 9,500 lb max tow rating when properly equipped. It also has the 5.3L V8.Answered from this vehicle's data · Stock #H2291

ChatGPT and Claude can shop your lot.

  • Built-in MCP server. AI assistants can call search_inventory, get_vehicle and request_contact directly.
  • Markdown version of every page so AI crawlers read clean text, not div soup.
  • /llms.txt and /llms-full.txt: an AI-readable map of your dealership.
  • JSON inventory API for partners, marketplaces and your own tools.
  • When a shopper asks an AI "find me a used truck near Albertville," you're the answer.
# An AI assistant shopping your inventory POST /mcp tools/call { "name": "search_inventory", "arguments": { "query": "used 4x4 truck under 40k", "limit": 3 } } # → 3 vehicles, price, miles, VDP link, # and a request_contact tool that files # an ADF lead in your CRM.
⚙︎

Self-maintaining inventory

Feed syncs every 30 minutes. New cars get AI summaries, embeddings and suggested questions automatically. Sold cars are marked sold. Zero manual work.

✉︎

Automatic follow-up

Price dropped on a saved car? Shopper gets an email with the photo. Car sold? They get "see similar." New match for a saved search? Emailed. Your BDC didn't lift a finger.

♥

The Garage

Shoppers save cars with one tap. Then: one-tap "check availability," one test-drive request for all favorites, trade value prefilled. Leads with no forms.

🧹

Dealer-note cleanup

"LTHR/SNRF/3RD ROW/TOW PKG!!" becomes clean features, cab style, interior material and cylinders. Filterable and SEO-ready.

📷

No more "Photos coming soon"

New arrivals without photos get a labeled stock image and a "request a video walkaround" lead hook. Dead pages become lead magnets.

⚗︎

Built-in A/B testing

Test CTA wording, colors and layouts against real leads. Know which "Get My Price" button actually wins.

// FAQ

Every objection, answered.

The questions GMs, dealer principals and internet directors ask us before they switch.

Price and value

Why is it so much cheaper? What's the catch?

No catch. Legacy providers run on 10-year-old platforms, shared servers and armies of account managers, ticket desks and banner designers, and they bill you for every one of them, then bolt on chat, digital retailing and "AI" as separate vendors with separate invoices. Our platform is serverless and automated: inventory syncs itself, vehicle copy writes and fact-checks itself, follow-up emails send themselves, changes ship in hours. Our cost to run a site is a fraction of theirs, so our price is too. We'd rather win a thousand dealers at $999 than a hundred at $4,000.

Why is it so much better?

Because it was built in 2026 for how people shop now, not patched from 2014. Shoppers search in plain English or by voice and the site understands them. An AI assistant answers questions about every car, grounded in that car's real data. Saved cars trigger price-drop and sold alerts automatically. Signed-in shoppers send leads with one tap. Pages score 100 on Google PageSpeed on mobile. And AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini can read and search your inventory directly, which legacy sites can't do at any price.

How much does an AI-powered dealer website cost?

$499/month for a pre-owned site, $999/month for a full new-and-used franchise site, $499/month per additional rooftop. $0 setup, first month free, month-to-month. AI search, the AI assistant, voice search, automated follow-up, A/B testing, ADF leads and dedicated infrastructure are all included. There is no add-on price list.

Is there anything not included?

Paid advertising management and custom video production are separate services. Everything on the features list ships with every site.

Will the price go up after the first year?

Your rate is locked for as long as you're a customer. New features are added to your site at no charge.

What's the first month free about?

Your first full month is free and there's no setup fee. If you're not seeing better leads than your current site by the end of it, cancel and you've paid nothing.

Co-op and OEM programs

My OEM co-op only covers approved website providers. Why would I pay for this out of pocket?

Do the math on the net cost. A typical co-op program reimburses a percentage of an approved site, not all of it, and the approved package is $1,549 to $3,549 before add-ons. After co-op you're often still paying $800 to $2,500 a month of your own money for a slower site with fewer features. Our Franchise site is $999 with everything included and the first month free. Many dealers come out ahead on cash even with zero co-op, and they keep the co-op dollars for advertising, which most programs also cover.

Can I keep my OEM-approved site and still use yours?

Yes, and that's how most franchise dealers start. Keep the co-op-funded site for OEM compliance and run our Pre-Owned site on used.yourstore.com for $499. Used vehicles are outside most OEM website requirements, and used is where the gross is. Compare leads side by side, then decide about the main site.

Are you an OEM-certified provider?

Not yet. We're pursuing OEM programs, but certification lags technology by years, which is exactly why approved sites look the way they do. Until then, our pricing is set so the site pays for itself without co-op.

Will an OEM penalize me for using a non-approved site?

OEM website requirements apply to the site you register as your primary franchise site. A used-vehicle site on a subdomain, or any site outside the program, is your business. If you replace your primary site, we'll walk through your OEM's specific requirements (brand assets, incentive display, disclaimers) and build to them.

Technology and infrastructure

What does "dedicated infrastructure" mean?

Every legacy provider runs thousands of dealers on one shared platform: one codebase, one database cluster, one outage. When it slows down or goes down, everyone goes down. Every Dealer AI Website runs in its own dedicated cloud account with its own database, its own AI index, its own caches and its own job queues on the most advanced edge network in the world. Your site's performance is never affected by another dealer's traffic, and nobody else's data lives next to yours.

Is it really faster? By how much?

Our live client site scores 100 for performance and 100 for accessibility on Google PageSpeed on mobile. Legacy dealer sites commonly score between 20 and 50. Run your own site at pagespeed.web.dev, then run ours. Pages are rendered at the edge in 300+ cities, images are converted to AVIF on the fly, and there's no pile of third-party scripts fighting for the phone's CPU.

Why does speed matter for a car dealer?

Google ranks on Core Web Vitals, so a slow site loses organic traffic. More than half of mobile visitors abandon a page that takes over three seconds. And every second between "I want to see this truck" and the photo loading is a shopper who opens a marketplace app instead.

What is the AI actually doing?

Five things: it converts plain-English and voice searches into filters and ranks results by meaning; it writes and fact-checks a short summary and suggested questions for every vehicle; it answers shopper questions on each vehicle page from that vehicle's data; it cleans messy dealer notes into structured, filterable fields; and it publishes your inventory in the formats AI assistants read, including an MCP server, so ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini can search your lot.

Will the AI make things up about a car?

No. The assistant only answers from that vehicle's data, and every AI-written summary is fact-checked against the vehicle's specs before it's published. If it doesn't know, it says so and offers a human.

What is MCP and why should I care?

Model Context Protocol is the standard AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude use to connect to live data and tools. Your site ships with an MCP server, so AI assistants can search your inventory and submit contact requests on a shopper's behalf. When a shopper asks an AI "find me a used Sierra near me," you can be the answer. Legacy sites can't.

What happens if the site goes down?

It runs on a global edge network with no single server to fail, and each site is isolated from every other. Your database has 30-day point-in-time restore. We monitor every site and every feed sync.

Is it ADA accessible?

Built for it: Lighthouse accessibility 100, reduced-motion support, keyboard navigation and proper labels throughout. No $320-a-month overlay widget required.

What about data privacy and security?

Shopper data stays in your own dedicated cloud account and is never sold, pooled or shared with other dealers or marketplaces. Sign-in uses standard OAuth (Google, email code). Leads go straight to your CRM. Forms have bot protection and rate limits.

Leads, CRM and inventory

Which CRMs do you work with?

Anything that accepts ADF/XML: VinSolutions, DealerSocket, Elead, CDK, DriveCentric, Momentum and more. We send ADF in the email body and as an attachment, tag every lead by source, and retry automatically if delivery fails.

Where does inventory come from?

Your existing feed provider: HomeNet, vAuto, Dealertrack and others. We sync every 30 minutes, mark sold vehicles sold, clean up dealer notes and enrich every new arrival with AI.

Will I get more leads, or just different leads?

Both. Faster pages and better search mean more shoppers reach a vehicle page. Then the site creates lead moments legacy sites don't have: one-tap availability checks from saved cars, test-drive requests for several favorites at once, price-drop alerts that bring shoppers back, history-report and video-walkaround requests, and an AI assistant that hands off to your team. Every lead is tagged by source so you can see exactly which ones close.

How is this different from an AI chatbot vendor?

Chatbot vendors add a widget to your existing website. Dealer AI Websites is the website itself: AI runs the search, the vehicle pages, the follow-up emails and the lead routing, and the assistant is included at no per-chat cost.

What AI features should a dealership website have for lead generation?

Plain-English and voice inventory search, an AI assistant grounded in each vehicle's real data, saved vehicles with price-drop and sold alerts, one-tap leads for signed-in shoppers, fact-checked AI vehicle descriptions, and structured data so ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews can surface your inventory.

Switching, support and ownership

Do I have to fire my current website provider?

No. Start with the Pre-Owned site on a subdomain like used.yourstore.com while the old site keeps running. Compare leads side by side. Let the numbers decide.

I'm locked into a contract. What can I do?

Run the Pre-Owned site alongside it for $499 with the first month free. You'll have a year of lead data by the time the contract ends, and you'll know exactly what to do.

Will I lose my SEO rankings if I switch?

No. We migrate your URLs with proper redirects, carry over your best content, and ship full schema.org markup, auto-generated make, model and body-style pages, image sitemaps and green Core Web Vitals. Most dealers gain rankings after switching because the site is faster and cleaner.

How fast can we launch?

Pre-Owned sites go live in 14 days once we have your feed and CRM address. Full franchise sites take about 30 days.

What does support look like?

Same-day change requests by email or text during business hours, handled by the people who built the platform, not a ticket queue. Franchise customers get a monthly performance review.

Can I make my own changes?

Tell us what you want and it's done the same day. Specials, banners, pages, buttons, copy. No hourly custom-work fees.

Does my staff need training?

Very little. Leads arrive in your CRM in the standard ADF format your team already works. We walk your BDC and sales managers through the Garage lead types and reports during launch.

Who owns the site and the data?

You do. It runs in your own dedicated cloud account. Your leads, your shopper accounts, your content. If you ever leave, you take it all with you.

Do you support new vehicles, specials and incentives?

Yes. The Franchise plan includes new inventory, model showrooms, specials and incentive pages, service and parts pages, and finance and trade tools.

What about a Spanish site?

Included in Franchise and rolling out soon: a full Spanish version of your site, translated automatically and kept in sync with inventory. Legacy providers charge $179 to $1,599 a month for this.

Is there an option for small or independent dealers?

Yes. The Pre-Owned plan at $499 gives an independent lot the same AI search, AI assistant and CRM leads a franchise store gets, live in 14 days.

How do I add AI to my existing car dealer website?

You don't bolt it on; that's what slows legacy sites down. Launch the AI site on a subdomain, link to it from your current site, and compare leads side by side.
